The frame arrived damaged. I have been waiting several days for customer service to let me know how the replacement process works. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied right now.

You guys are the best! I initially sent you the wrong dimensions for my picture, and you promptly took it back and gave me a refund. The second one you sent me was misdelivered and you have sent me another one at no cost to me. You have a happy customer.

Looks great. Dimensions came out spot on and my poster fit perfectly.

Art to frames has been an absolute pleasure to shop at. great prices for quality frames with reasonable shipping cost. i ordered some larger frames and received in excellent condition.website is easy to navigate with great options on frames mats and glass. will be using them in the future for sure

Frames arrived in perfect condition, very securely packed. The quality is good; they look more expensive than they are, and hold up well. They also hang well with a gallery hanging system (do not swing out from the wall as some thicker frames do).

I love this service and how they are able to show you what it's actually going to look like with the artwork inside the frame that is great software

Outstanding service and frames and mats arrived early and well made.

I like the fact that I can get custom sizes made to order in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price.

Frame was damaged in three places, chipped finish

Brittle wood and cracks when you put it together.
