First order came damaged they replaced it no problem and everything’s fine

The mat was not the right size & so I still can’t hang my art - it was off by like 2cm the entire way around.
The frame is good quality and arrived quickly. It looks as advertised.

This company is top notch ! They had an odd size that I needed and they got it shipped out in one day and it was here with 3 days . It’s perfect !

I ordered a frame that came in a large box with no padding, and it was broken.
I immediately text Art to Frame, and they said they would send a new frame out tomorrow and they did.

Frame came out perfect fit and easy to order.

Paid extra for hanging hardware that was supposed to be installed but that didn’t happen.
