Solid frame but expensive

I appreciated very much the chance to choose the details of a frame's dimensions because I wanted to match an existing frame. What I got wasn't an exact match, but close enough. The old frame had a hanger at the top that was attached with screws, more secure, I expect, than the one supplied with the ArtToFrames frame.

Frames are easy to assemble and they look great. ????

UPS left my package in the middle of a gravel driveway.

My first frame arrived broken but I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. It looks great! Just the size I needed and easy to hang up.

I ordered 6 frames. Some came with hardware and some did not. The hardware that was sent was subpar and broke immediately. The most expensive frame was very poorly made and looks damaged. The frames did come quickly and communication has been good. You need to work on quality control of what you are shipping.

Awesome ordering and customization.

When I received the order, the box was very damaged during shipping. Last time I ordered, the box was damaged and my frame, mat, and plexiglass were broken. Fortunately, this time the frame itself was wrapped adequately so it was not damaged. Thank you for protecting my frame from careless shipping!

On my initial introduction to ArtToFrames, the first batch of five frames one had the glass broken. I contacted them and sent pictures and they immediately sent a new glass. Thanks for your response and 10 great frames.
