After initial order confusion, new matting arrived and looks beautiful, thank you for your help! Well done.

Initially ordering was a bit confusing. As an artist I am used to ordering by the frame opening size and the mat opening size; not by the size of my artwork.
I was very satisfied with the product. The package was delivered inside my screened solid roof entry foyer as it should have been although I was puzzled as to why it was not left leaning against the solid wall but instead was left against the one screened wall that left the package unprotected in the unpredictable south Florida rain. Again, I was very satisfied with the product, but could only rate it 4 stars overall due to the above two issues.

The frame is great and it came fast. The glass was broken but it was quickly replaced and wrapped very well. Thank you!

Ordered at least 20 times over the yrs.

Awesome customer service. Large frame arrived with damage. Art To Frames accepted photos and immediately sent a replacement at no expense to me. I've used Art To Frames before, and recommend them to anyone!

Good fit, quality product, efficiently shipped. A bit expensive but what are you going to do?

So pretty. It looks even better than I thought it would. Packaged very well.

I picked up a piece from a local artist on an overseas trip. It did not fit standard frame sizes here at home, and the custom frame options available were limited and expensive. ArtToFrames to the rescue! I found the perfect frame for a third of the cost. I love it!

BUYER BEWARE - YOU SHOULD LOVE THIS ITEM *BEFORE* PURCHASING. The frame itself is fine and well packaged. This review is for the shipping/return practices. This company charges a shipping cost (okay - so the $42 frame is closer to $55 when considering tax and shipping, but that's the deal going into the purchase). However, when the item did not work out, the amount that the company deducts from the refund is not only *not disclosed* before purchasing but is draconian. From the refund the company deducts (1) return shipping costs ($12.91), (2) restocking fee ($6.41), and (3) a portion of the tax I paid on the item (this last one is unexplainable). I received less than half of my purchase price on the return. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE IMPLICATIONS SHOULD YOU NEED TO RETURN!

Good stuff however the seal is not tight enough. So if it’s something you need to protect, put a transparent plastic sleeve around it. Easy to hang. The trick? A level, a pen, before removing covering get your four drill spots in place.
