Unfortunately, the frame was received damaged. I reported the damage to ArtToFrame same day by email, then again seven days later. No response from customer service whatsoever. I called them today and left a message, but no response thus far. Frame looks great except for the broken corners. Very disappointing considering all of the positive reviews.

When my beautiful frame arrived with the glass broken, I reached out to ATF and informed them, along with photos. In return, they responded promptly, and sent a new pane of glass, at no charge, which arrived in only 4 days. The new pane arrived packaged very securely, ensuring a safe arrival. It is now united with my beautiful frame. The prompt response, along with a desire to fix the problem was the kind of customer service you would hope to receive. I have ordered from them twice, and I am very happy with both purchases. I would highly recommend them for any of your framing needs!

Broken / replacement never arrived

I am very pleased with the product, and the customer service is excellent! I think the reproduction of the picture that I sent to be framed was slightly darker than the original, but it still looks good.

I had 2 custom frames made and they are great. Quality at a reasonable price. Week definitely be doing business with them in there future!

This is the third frame I’ve purchased

Does not fit something that's 11x23 properly. The space within the frame is actually 22.5" by 10.5" which is not helpful for people who actually need to frame something that is 23" by 11". Also very disappointing that the return is trying to charge me $13 when it's a manufacturer error.

Frame arrived broken and plexiglass scratched as well. Upon arrival I realized this frame is very cheaply made and of poor quality. For the price, go elsewhere.

The frame arrived, and I truly love the idea and the craftsmanship. I was excited to hang it, but the corner wedges were missing, even after we searched through the packaging several times.I emailed customer service on Sunday, and the Wednesday reply simply asked for photos of everything we received. When I called, I was told the same thing again. I had hoped for an apology and reassurance that the missing pieces were already being sent, but that didn’t happen.My husband became frustrated and decided to find a solution himself. I was really looking forward to trying more of this company’s products since we have additional framing needs, but the customer service experience unfortunately fell short
