I got what I paid for. I won a lithograph on a cruise 24x24 and it fit perfectly. It’s cheaply made, but I knew that. I don’t like that I have to install the hanging kit myself, this has never happened to me before. I’m afraid I’ll break the frame screwing in the parts.

BUYER BEWARE - YOU SHOULD LOVE THIS ITEM *BEFORE* PURCHASING. The frame itself is fine and well packaged. This review is for the shipping/return practices. This company charges a shipping cost (okay - so the $42 frame is closer to $55 when considering tax and shipping, but that's the deal going into the purchase). However, when the item did not work out, the amount that the company deducts from the refund is not only *not disclosed* before purchasing but is draconian. From the refund the company deducts (1) return shipping costs ($12.91), (2) restocking fee ($6.41), and (3) a portion of the tax I paid on the item (this last one is unexplainable). I received less than half of my purchase price on the return. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE IMPLICATIONS SHOULD YOU NEED TO RETURN!

This is a quality frame. The manufacturer takes great pride and is received well packaged. Thank you for a quality product.

Nice quality. Easy to frame

I’m thrilled with my canvas prints! Had a bit of a hiccup but Customer Service was excellent and took care of it right away. I’ll be ordering again soon. Thank you

Packaged very well. Received promptly. Very pretty frame and made nicely. My only negative is that the frame had a scratch on one side that I touched up.

Great fast service as always and always quality frames no matter the obscure sizes I throw at you. You are my go to. Thank you.

I ordered an odd size frame and it looks beautiful and fits perfectly! You guys rock ????????

My puzzle fit in perfectly.

I am amazed at the beauty of this frame on a cherished family portrait. Looks far more expensive than the cost. Very pleased with this product. Don’t hesitate, well worth it.
