Customer service and quality

I received the wrong sized matting, and while I understand errors, it seems that to get things corrected its necessary to complain first before being redirected to another layer of “help”. So far I’ve been reassured that the customer comes first and that the company cares, but so far no one has told me when I can expect to get the matting I need so that I can hang my print.

Excellent service. The frames are not only well made. They are very well packed for shipping. My only complaint is that I was entitled to free shipping, but one frame was too large and had to be sent in pieces for me to.Assemble. and I was charged shipping.
I have ordered several times and I am about to order again.
I guess I wrote too soon. The frames did appear to be very well. Packed for shipping. However, when I unwrapped the frames, I discovered that the acrylic on the largest frame is cracked. Now i'm winning a resolution.

Very easy process, and the frame arrived quickly and fit my art piece perfectly!

I am a returning customer and once again was not disappointed. This time I sent a photo to be matted and framed. Usually I have the picture and send for the frame. I was worried the photo would be somewhat distorted because I sent it wirelessly but it came out great.

It
Was delivered to the wrong address somewhere we still don’t have it in

All good but no hook to hang it or that small metal piece at top center
I bet it cost $.05

The frames come packaged really well. My artwork always looks great with these frames. I especially like that many frames have a 1/2 inch rabbet.

Frame arrived cracked with a large chunk of wood missing. There were no particles or dust inside the package at all so it must have been packed and sent to me this way.

I love the frame it is perfect for my print. The only issue is it took about a month. I had to ask a couple times about delivery time frame. I did get an explanation that they were out of stock on that particular frame/trim. Anyhow, it was worth the wait. I have more to eventually order. Thank you for a great product!
