I had a question and customer service was very helpful. the frame is fine, and I’m happy with it! the issue that customer service helped me with had to do with depth of tabs in the back of the frame. I think it would be great if that choice could be one of the choices when ordering the frame instead of put in the comments after the frame is ordered. Just a thought. I will definitely order from you when I next need a frame. thank you!

The frames arrived quickly and were easy to work with. They are less sturdy than I imagined, so when being handled, the photo and backing popped out of the fasteners on the back. They are relatively lightweight which is ideal since they are hung about 10 feet above the floor on a tall wall. The anti-glare finish on the plexiglass is worth the extra cost.

Frames arrived all busted up. 1 out of 3 was useable

****AVOID PURCHASING THIS ITEM**** Received with the frame broken and a new one was going to be sent without a charge because they said to keep the product. They then cancelled the order and missed the return window. Too pricey for the frame to be made out of particle board.

The double matted frame looks great and fits perfectly. It amazed me how fast the turnaround was from ordering to shipping. In a little over a week after placing my order, I received it.

Unfortunately, the frame was received damaged. I reported the damage to ArtToFrame same day by email, then again seven days later. No response from customer service whatsoever. I called them today and left a message, but no response thus far. Frame looks great except for the broken corners. Very disappointing considering all of the positive reviews.

When my beautiful frame arrived with the glass broken, I reached out to ATF and informed them, along with photos. In return, they responded promptly, and sent a new pane of glass, at no charge, which arrived in only 4 days. The new pane arrived packaged very securely, ensuring a safe arrival. It is now united with my beautiful frame. The prompt response, along with a desire to fix the problem was the kind of customer service you would hope to receive. I have ordered from them twice, and I am very happy with both purchases. I would highly recommend them for any of your framing needs!

Broken / replacement never arrived

I am very pleased with the product, and the customer service is excellent! I think the reproduction of the picture that I sent to be framed was slightly darker than the original, but it still looks good.
