We received the order on time, and the shipping and packaging were very good. However, the finish and overall strength of the product are not very good. The quality could be improved.

This frame is 100% plastic. It is NOT wood, as described in both the description and in the materials list. It isn't even decent fake wood - just molded plastic. I'm very disappointed and am obviously returning it.

LOVE this frame! Perfect for baby boy nursery! Great quality and will buy again!

The mat was not the right size & so I still can’t hang my art - it was off by like 2cm the entire way around.
The frame is good quality and arrived quickly. It looks as advertised.

Lice Art to Frames. Excellent Service and fast delivery. Decently would recomend. I have ordered before and will again .

EXCELLANT very good to put together, I would buy again!!!!!

Great customer support and end result was perfect. I love my piece. It arrived in perfect condition via UPS. I had requested extra packing seeing as some customers were complaining about receiving damaged packages.

This company is top notch ! They had an odd size that I needed and they got it shipped out in one day and it was here with 3 days . It’s perfect !

At least the box wasn't empty. Other than that, it might as well have been. This item as constructed isn't worth the price and I am so HAPPY I got a full refund. I have bought dollar store frames with more strength and effort put in to their construction. The finish was marred right on the top right. The tiny staples used to close the corners are akin to what would be used in a child's toy. The plastic cover is an affront to the print I intended to put into this. garbage style, ready for recycling right out of the box, hideous picture frame. I had to give one star for the folks being honest about returns' Don'y buy this.

The wolf diamond art I made looks awesome in this frame. My son loved it!
