Process was super easy and I was so relieved when it all fit together and looks amazing. All the stress melted away.

Don’t buy this. It’s cut poorly. I have purchased this two times and it was not able to fit in an 8x10 frame. You will be charged $16 for return shipping and a return “fee” robbery.

Great frame. Lightweight. Less 1 star because it is NOT distressed at all. can't get a refund so I'll use it but kinda really wanted the distressed one. I will buy more for my diamomd paintings tho.

I used this to create a collage of family and friends and my wife loves it. And I think it turned out to be one of my best diy projects.

I'm 75, and this is the first frame I've ever bought that didn't have the hanging hardware installed. You'd think the frame would have at least pre-drilled holes to easily attach the hanging hardware with screws. You'd be wrong. You'll need a drill and have to figure out on what size drill bit to use for the included screws.

Frame glass arrived chipped in the corner.

I received the two custom frames in perfect condition and in good time! I really like how professional the frames are wrapped and boxed to protect them.

I am a return customer and as usual the frame, glass and matting is just perfect, delivery was very quick. Thank you very much
