A Dark Bedroom Gets the Midas Touch

Published Date : 14th Jun 2023

Margot's challenge: transform a dark bedroom into a light, Paris-inspired oasis. Originally inspired by Danish-style interiors, our Brooklyn homeowners opted for a black and white palette that would make their bedroom feel minimalist and create a meditative and relaxing space to end their long days. The problem with this plan, however, was a lack of enough natural light to make a huge black wall work without feeling too dark for the space. Our couple, therefore, opted to trade Scandinavia for Paris for their new design inspiration. https://www.arttoframe.com/blog/images/before-1-1024x819.jpg https://www.arttoframe.com/blog/images/Bedroom-after-2.jpg https://www.arttoframe.com/blog/images/Bedroom-after-5.jpg
