A referral order is checked for credit after the shipment waiting period. Review qualification rules, then check wallet transactions for posted credit.
When does a referral earn wallet credit?
You are the referrer: you share your link. Your friend is the person who opens it and uses the referral offer. A link click alone does not earn wallet credit.
- A referral conversion must be recorded for your friend's order.
- The order must have an eligible shipped/completed status and a shipment date at least 30 days old.
- Orders with a refund record are excluded. Cancelled orders do not meet the eligible order-status check.
- The same conversion is not intended to receive a second wallet credit.
These are the credit-processing checks. They do not mean that every click, coupon or recorded conversion will earn a reward.
When is credit added?
The waiting period is measured from shipment, not from the order date. Once the shipment date is at least 30 days old and the other checks pass, credit is added when the scheduled credit process runs. It is not a promise of an immediate credit exactly 30 days after shipment.
The reward uses the campaign associated with that referral order. Ending a promotion does not, by itself, prevent an existing eligible conversion from being credited. Check Your wallet transactions for credit already recorded.
How does your friend use the offer?
Your friend opens your personal link and signs in or registers. The valid referral link leads to the referral coupon offer. The order must use the referral coupon for the referral purchase to be associated with the program.
Your friend's discount is the offer shown in Your personal referral link. Your wallet reward is separate and depends on the campaign's reward settings; the friend's discount amount is not automatically your wallet reward.
Offer validity and your referral link
A shared link belongs to a particular referral campaign. It can be used only while that campaign is active and within its offer dates. If that campaign ends or is turned off, the old link does not automatically become a link for a newer offer.
Return to Your personal referral link to get the currently available link. Opening your own link while signed in returns you to the referral page; it does not take you through the friend's coupon flow.

Your Wallet is the place to review referral-related credits and activity associated with your account. You can visit it whenever you want, even if no new referral promotion is currently active.

What is my referral link?
It's a personal link connected to your account and a referral campaign. Use Copy link or Share by email to share it with friends and family. Their referral purchases can then be associated with your link.

When do I receive credit?
Credit is checked once the shipment date is at least 30 days old, provided the order passes the other eligibility checks and has no refund record. Credit appears after the scheduled process records it. View qualification rules and credit timing.
What if I don't see a referral link?
First, check the message in Your personal referral link and make sure you're signed in. A link is available when an active offer can be loaded for your account. You can still check Your Wallet. Contact customer service if the offer appears active but your link is unavailable.
Where can I see or use my rewards?
Open Your Wallet to review your balance and wallet transactions to see credits and debits. Wallet use takes place through the available checkout option, not on this activity page; the amount applied is shown in your order totals.
Why do I have referral activity but no wallet credit?
A recorded click is not an order, and a recorded conversion is not yet a wallet credit. The shipment waiting period and other eligibility checks must pass before a credit is posted. View qualification rules.
Why is an old referral link no longer valid?
Its campaign may have ended, been turned off, or be outside its valid dates. An old link does not automatically switch to a newer promotion. See offer validity and check your current link above.
What do credits, debits and wallet balance mean?
A credit adds to your wallet; a debit reduces it. Your displayed balance is total recorded credits minus total recorded debits. The transaction description explains the recorded entry. See the balance explanation.
