Wasn't going to say anything but i continue to get request for my feedback but the frame showed up broke across the top 24" edge. I glued and repaired it since i needed it in a timely manner.

I purchased this mat because I was unable to find a hot pink mat anywhere else. It was the perfect shade for my colorful print. The only minor issue was that ordering a white mat online is a bit of a guessing game. It’s impossible to tell the difference between White, Cream and Super White. I should have chosen White to match the white frame better. Maybe a description of the shades of white would help.

Service and quality of the frames joinery and precise size along with good frame choices, would like to see more styles!

Ordered from here 2x now and while the frames and nice and reasonably priced, the matte has been the wrong size consistently. It comes 1/4 inch smaller on either side which makes for gaps (meaning the opening for the picture is LARGER). Tried customer service via their WhatsApp option but got 0 response.

The museum quality glass you sent that was advertised as being essentially reflection-free has so much reflection that the art behind it is impossible to see in certain angles. You were unwilling to offer a full refund despite the pictures I sent showing how bad the reflections were.

This item was stolen after delivery. No fault of yours. We have a secure entry.

This is the second frame I've bought from them. I'm very happy with the look and quality. The frame arrived quickly and was very reasonably priced. I would order from them again.
