The frame fit my puzzle perfectly! It was a but snug to get it at first but once it was set in place it looked amazing!

If I could give it no star I would . Absolute garbage, not real wood flimsy pressed particle board. Fell apart as I took it out of the box. Reading the other reviews it's not an isolated problems. When I tried to returned the frame which had to be approved by this third party seller, they wanted me to pay for shipping it back. Absolute scam. Do not trust this seller. Thank you to Amazon for making it right and issueing a full refund.

It's perfectly serviceable and looks good at a distance, but it is just a plastic front (not glass) and for some reason when I took it out of the box there was a smudge on the corner that I tried wiping off but it was gold paint that came right off. So if they painted it and shoved it into a box without waiting for it to dry... kinda weird. But it still looks nice on a wall, just don't know if I'd spend that much money on it a second time. At least it was packaged decently.

The frames are high quality and spot on with sizing. Packaging was very protective. I highly recommend this product

Extremely low quality for the price. Cardboard for backing, no hook to hang the picture. Not worth returning because seller charges 15% restocking fee and return shipping. Buyer beware!

This company is very diffcult to deal with when it comes to returns. The frame we ordered did not fit the puzzle we were trying to frame The puzzle said the measurements were 24x30 which is the frame we ordered. The puzzle did not fit. We immediatley tried to return the frame and Art to Frame wants us to pay for the lable and a 15 percent restocking charge. The ad on Amazon said free returns up to 30 days. We complained to the company and Amazon. The company said " we are charging the fee because the puzzle mfg is at fault" Amazon agreed we should not pay a fee and is going to re-inburse us any fees chare by Art to Frame. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. THEY ARE PENNY WISE AND DOLLAR FOOLISH. Any online company that can sell nationwiide and internationally without building brick and mortar stores should consider cost from returns of unhappy customers part of the cost of doing busines without a retail store where a customer can see the product before purchasing it or just return it back to the store if unhappy!! A bit pricey, but it will do. I did expect the quality to be just a bit better for the price, but it was difficult to find exactly what I needed and this hit all the points.

I bought two frames, a 12x12 and a10x10. The frames were packaged really well. These are wood frames with glass, not the cheap plastic. Yes, I paid a little more for these frames but it was well worth the money. My pictures look so wonderful in the frames and I am proud to hang these on my wall. I will be buying all my frames from this company. They have a great selection of sizes and colors. I definitely recommend these frames to anyone looking for quality. Sorry, tried to attach a photo but something wrong with the site.
