Arrived on time, but it’s VERY cheaply made. For the price they charge I thought the back of the box would also be wooden but it’s a foam material that you can’t even hang on a wall. Very disappointing. Waste of money.

This is a beautiful frame. I was completely surprised at the quality and workmanship for such a surprisingly low price. I ordered the Mahogany color and would definitely recommend this product.

Received Fran and it was already broken. It is also not very sturdy and the parts to held the puzzle in were loose. The hardware for mounting was also flimsy and not secure. Attempted to return it and seller requested you to pay shipping to return it and I will going to cost $190 to return it. Horribly constructed considering the cost. Will try to add a photo when I attempt to repair it or break it apart and build my own using what I can from it.

Just Beautiful!!! Purchase you won’t be disappointed. Well worth the money

Complete trash. 3 out of 3 that I bought broke while unpacking. There appears to be a manufacturing flaw on two of the corner joints.

I had a question and customer service was very helpful. the frame is fine, and I’m happy with it! the issue that customer service helped me with had to do with depth of tabs in the back of the frame. I think it would be great if that choice could be one of the choices when ordering the frame instead of put in the comments after the frame is ordered. Just a thought. I will definitely order from you when I next need a frame. thank you!

The frames arrived quickly and were easy to work with. They are less sturdy than I imagined, so when being handled, the photo and backing popped out of the fasteners on the back. They are relatively lightweight which is ideal since they are hung about 10 feet above the floor on a tall wall. The anti-glare finish on the plexiglass is worth the extra cost.

Frames arrived all busted up. 1 out of 3 was useable

****AVOID PURCHASING THIS ITEM**** Received with the frame broken and a new one was going to be sent without a charge because they said to keep the product. They then cancelled the order and missed the return window. Too pricey for the frame to be made out of particle board.

Perfect, thank you so much. Perfect custom order that was shipped with care..
