It was super easy to order the size I wanted. The frames were received on time. The outer box was damaged on the corner but because the packing was well done, all the frames arrived beautifully intact glass and frame corner cardboard were unscathed. I will have to add D rings and coated wire to use in the art show for hanging. It came with small alligator hooks.

I’ve shopped on Amazon since day one. This is the worst purchase I’ve made on Amazon and in the top 5 of my life. First, there’s NO way to get the plastic film off the plexiglass without using a knife. And that scratches the glass. Second, I don’t like 1-inch diameter holes in my walls but that’s what you’ll need to use this. And you’ll need your own anchors and screws cause the ones that come with it are the lowest quality you’ll find. Lastly, unless you’re already a handyman with pretty sophisticated tools, you’ll have to screw these in by hand and hope they hold. There isn’t anything else like this on Amazon, so I suggest you belly up and go to a craft store for something of better quality. This product is a made in China nightmare.

Horrible cheap frame considering the price.

Well wrapped and delivered without damage. Seems to be a good quality, and it looks nice. The picture cover is actual glass. And the weight of the frame feel solid. However, the small saw-tooth hanger was not installed into the frame. There were no instructions on how to install the saw-tooth hanger into the frame. Had to look it up online and install it myself by hammering it directly into the frame. I hope it holds. The pricing here is higher than on the manufacturer's website.

Trash materials and construction. For the price? Junk.

The frames are great and exactly as described. The measurements were spot on as i had to customize them for my irregular prints. They were very affordable especially considering they were customized. My only complaint is having to take the sticker off the glass pane. That was scary. That’s the reason for the 4 and not 5 stars. I didn’t like having to take the glass out and then using gum adhesive remover and then wash it. That sticker could’ve been put on the back of the cardboard in the frame or better yet, on the box corners it came wrapped in! Otherwise I love the purchase and end result.

The frame is great.

We have not received the order.??!!

I'm giving this 1 star because of the deceptive description. Up front, it says the frame is solid wood. If you dig deeper, you'll find that it's engineered wood, aka MDF. I guess they get around it since the sawdust that it's made of comes from real wood. Be very careful of any description that say solid/real wood because the real thing is hard to find.

Beautiful frame! It was packaged well, but still arrived with broken glass unfortunately. The seller was very responsive to messaging, and sent me replacement glass right away. The picture I purchased it for fits in it perfectly!
