I just received my beautiful frame this morning… I am just thrilled with every aspect of my frame… Exactly as described… exceptional quality & craftsmanship…. The joints are virtually invisible.. the fit for my lovely print of a Renoir is perfect!! This is my very first purchase from Art to Frames; clearly they are Masters for framing & I will continue to order for my next project!! Thank You, Janice Davis

The turnaround time from the order to delivery was really quick and the finished product exceeded expectation and all for a low price. We ordered frames ranging from 16 inches to 36 inches. We wil use again.

The cherry color is a lot more red than the red-brown I was expecting from the pictures, but not bad. I got this for a puzzle of the same dimensions as the frame, and getting the puzzle to pop into the frame was a bit tight. It came with hardware to hang it, but none actually attached to the frame, so I'll have to screw it in myself and hope I get it even. It's fine, but not great.

Frames look stunning.
They feel solid, well made and just look fabulous, and they hang great.

Nice frame but the glass, matte and frame were filthy and had tons of debris/smudges. Took an hour to clean it up enough to use.

This is a gorgeous frame! The only problem I had was when I pulled off the plastic coating from the plexiglass, there was a crack near the upper left-hand corner. I didn’t pursue a replacement because it would have been a major hassle to return the whole thing just to get a new piece of plexiglass so I’m living with a crack on my print. I would buy this again but I’d make sure there was no damage before putting everything together so if you need to return it you can just stick it back in the box. I’ll attach a photo so you can see.

The product is fine, the 1 start rating is strictly against the company itself. First problem with the company is i have to pay to return my product. A third of the cost. Second problem is the returning isnt simple, cant just go to the ups store, show them a barcode, they scan it, i give it to them, they take care of the rest. nope, i have to do everything and pay for it. my only option is to keep the damn thing hoping i find a puzzle that fits it. amazon should stop doing business with the company. id give a half a star if i could.

Heavy, solid wood frame. Does not come with any hardware attached or in the box to hang this up with. I ordered a saw tooth hanger that holds 50lbs, because the frame weights over 5lbs. and I don’t want it to fall. Altogether a beautiful frame, perfect for the art work I’m displaying.

While the frame itself was very nice, I needed to return it-my daughter orefered a different style for wedding decor. However, Amazon and the seller do not tell you in advance that return will cost $11.00.

Very good quality wood frame. Worth the money.
