Poor quality for the money. Frame corners are quite visible due to mis-alignment.

The frame is exactly what I wanted! Its perfect. Color, size and shape are all great.

Very nice frame

The frame arrived chipped at the edges straight out of the package. The frame featured in the product description has traces of black along the sides, but the frame itself in person is just a solid, reddish brown. A little misleading. This was an expensive frame, so I’m fairly disappointed

Easy to order. Price was great. Packaging was well done. And it arrived early! The frames look great!

Had a damage on delivery . Offered upfront no questions asked. Refund or new delivery. Class organization.

Frame and double matte came out as advertised.
Nice Product. Delivered way ahead of scheduled date

I am very pleased. The turn around time from order to delivery is pretty fast.

The 2 wood frames I purchased were good quality but the abutting end pieces had unpainted or unstained wood visible. Also, I ordered 2 sets of hanging supplies- "easy-to-hang" but instead got 1 of those and one sawtooth hanger. Not too happy with that fulfillment mistake.

Surprisingly durable given some of the reviews. The frame is solid and sturdy, the corners sharp and strong. The matting was cut well, though the edging of the bezel isn't quite even. Hard to notice at a distance, at least. Overall excellent service. I think they learned from some of the reviews to better package, as it was very well packaged and there was no way it was getting damaged short of severe abuse by UPS.
