This frame is beautiful and perfect. Well made and sturdy. Packaging was well done, you don't have to worry about it breaking, which I was worried. I had no need to worry about it breaking during shipping as they did their job well in packaging. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Buyer beware!!!! Took this item out of the undamaged box, held the frame up and it had a 1-2” gap from the plexiglass, in other words once you frame an item and hung it on the wall the frame at the bottom had a swag where items that your framed (such as a puzzle) fell out! I’m ok with product defects BUT when I returned the item I got hit with a $40 return fee! Not only poor quality and craftsmanship but poor customer service, what a disgrace of a company!!!!

This is a really nice frame. It's a good quality and has a real weight to it. I got it to frame my own art. Arrived quickly. My choice is very simple, as you can see. But I got a more detailed one from this same company. Both were great.

Beautiful frame BUT for the price I am dissapointed it came with a pink spot of paint on one side and 2 corners that do not sit flush. The plexiglass is thick and sturdy. I did like that it had a plastic protective film on both sides. I will keep this but if I knew it would be this sloppily made I probably would've purchased something else for the cost

I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and colleagues - the site was easy to use to swap out frame and mat colors, It arrived quickly, safely and I was refunded the taxes I paid since I submitted a non-profit tax exempt certificate. Easy to order, pleasant customer service, great price, I will order again!

I did not receive the frame. My husband and I found out today that the frame was delivered to our NEIGHBOR. He brought it to us today and he said the frame was broken in many pieces and was falling out of the box. I am a fan of Amazon but I'm very disappointed regarding the frame. For several days now I alerted Amazon that I had Not received my package (black frame). I had ordered the cute frame for my granddaughters birthday next month. Didn't want to disappoint her, so I Ordered another one. I will be returning the broken one and am requesting a refund. E. Mckenzie

Never did I think I’d ever be giving a review for a frame, but WOW! The quality, details and design make this frame really stand out. Easy to use, durable, and fairly priced. You will not be disappointed. This frame is designed to look good and last. Excellent!
